Although this small dump is perhaps rather "squashed" in appearance, it holds an interesting sulphide subject. A full length statue of a young boy is enclosed within the bubbly interior.

Note that there are large air bubbles on the sulphide, indicating one of the difficulties inherent in trying to encase objects in a gather of glass.

[For some, this photo may be the first time the front of the sulphide has been seen. In the actual exhibition, the dump was (unwittingly) displayed the other way round, presenting a somewhat amusing image to visitors!]
