This excellent quality weight is from John Deacons' "J weights" period.

A yellow and white pompon flower with green stem and six green leaves is surrounded by a garland of alternate white and green complex canes. The garland is repeated and magnified in the parts of the dome surrounding the large top facet. Six smaller side facets add further elegance to the design.

The identifying "J" cane, in its red and white millefiori surround is set at the base of the flower stem.
