Made in 1995, this weight was produced as a Special Edition for the Cambridge Paperweight Circle.

A purple-petalled flower with yellow centre is set over a tied sprig of green twigs. A "CPC 1995" cane is set at the foot of the flower stem.

Six well-proportioned concave side facets and a large top facet create a balanced overall shape. An interesting fan-like, twelve-point star is cut into the base.
